Hi, I u have multiple cyst in renal. Dont worry, chasnge ur life style Dont take any non vegitems,coffee tea, cocacola, sweets, chocolate, deep fry, snacks,etc.,Take multi fruit juices,light diet, wheat grass juice, root stem of banana tree juice, rice, dhall, boiled food[idley, puttu, idiyappam,} etc. By home remedy if u want to decrease the renal cyst, then u should try wheat grass juice, and underground root stem of banana tree juice everyday. this stem juice is more useful for decrease the ratio of renal cyst. wheat grass is suplay the strengthen dkidney, improw function of kidney, improw the urine output. i have a lot of heel pain and diagnosed with a heel spur on the right heel, though the pain is also there in the left heel but not as painful as the right.

Hi,
My age is 27 . I have married recently and I was not able to keep intercourse relationship with my wife for a single time also. I was not getting erection at all .

I am responsible for all this in the past because almost 3000 times I have made self-handling with my penis while stimulated since last 12 years and in turn lost sperms .
